An extensive discussion and formal public introduction of the five pillars as an economic compass by which the Philippines will catch up or overtake our ASEAN neighbors and regain our former leading economic position like in 1960’s where the Philippines was the leading country in terms of economy. Also, these five pillars will contribute to the country’s attainment of some of the 17 SDGs – Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations per their 2030-time frame.
